I feel compassion for whatever that driver is going through, but I'm still calling 911 and trying to keep her from continuing to drive! Whatever the reason for that level of distraction (phone call, drowsiness, drugs/alcohol, medical emergency, psychic break), she needs to be evaluated by a patrol officer at the very least! A call to 911 could save her life and many others!
