Welp, I have to take the next two days off to attend to Casa Karma. It is girls day out with my amigos. An Uber driver/friend is driving my daughter and I to run errands in a few towns. Then on to the property to finish some touch up painting, take some photos, etc. And I'll damn sure stop for lunch at a Chinese restaurant. And I'll damn sure buy a car when I sell this property.

I wish I had a drone to shoot a film promoting my property. I had been asking around if anyone had a drone and my daughter called a mutual friend who has one. Guess what? It crashed last weekend into the Arenal Volcano. Damn.
