A Missing Republican Congressman or Hiding?

U.S. Rep. Tom Kean Jr., the two-term congressman representing New Jersey's 7th Congressional District, has not been in Washington in more than a month and has not responded to messages from his congressional colleagues either, according to multiple reports.

Kean is said to be dealing with a personal medical issue but is “expected to be totally fine.”
