The temperatures were still well over 100 degrees and the winds were blowing like crazy. Clouds had been hanging around Death Valley all day so I knew there was a good chance for a nice sunset, but I wasn’t expecting anything like this. As the sun started to set behind the distant mountains the sky exploded with colors I’ve never seen at sunset. I was so beautiful that I was having a hard time even taking pictures.
