ReplyDeleteGood job getting Cosa Rica to lower electric rates. I read the article. Seems like a rather complex relationship between private companies and the Costa Rican public. I was hoping to find out what made the cost come down. Increase in renewable sources? Decrease in usage? They never said. Maybe they just felt bad about stealing so much of your hard earned money. I'd want to know where it all went since their costs were down by 35%. Are you guys low on investigative reporters? I hope you are in one of the areas with the bigger cuts.
