He rescinded the rules on civilian casualties during war. He supports troops who torture and kill non-combatants…LETHALITY TOWARD ALL!! And the reason Trump got a hard-on for Kegsbreath in the first place is because of Pete’s public disagreement for courts martial of soldiers who murdered civilians.
