To Those Thinking of Leaving The US...
After the election interference by Jeb and George W. Bush in 2000, I knew I had to reinvest outside of the US. I slowly sold half my assets before 9-11-2001 (pure luck) and by January 2002 bought property in Costa Rica, when it was still very affordable. I knew Bush would ruin the economy and would go after Saddam Hussein just as his father did. It was not rocket science.
Heads up, folks. Trump is George W. Bush on steroids.
In 2009-2010 Costa Rica cured my cancer. A few months later, Costa Rica protected me from my husband, when the US wouldn't.
If you do decide to relocate to another country, don't hesitate to rent until you get a feel for the land and the new society.
Moving from the USA was one of my best life decisions, not only for my pocketbook but for my sanity.

I have seen good people trying to cope by counting down the days until the Sphincter Face administration ends! What a rose-colored fool’s errand! Our outlook needs to match that of Sphincter Face…that he is our dictator! Just look around. We may find out that the Jan. 6 “patriot” fatally shot during a traffic stop in Indiana was not violently aggressive toward the trooper, but I doubt it! Sphincter Face knew who he was telling to “stand back and stand by.” He was told “you will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy” and he counted on that. That scum now considers itself to have the same immunity as its scum master and will never back down to any authority of the State! Add to this, the Big Sphincter has the entire US military as his toy soldiers and his little mushroom is rock hard. He is using C-130s to take a few hundred shackled, scared people (many of them non-criminals) to countries that used to accept them without being threatened! He is costing US taxpayers nearly $1M more per flight than Biden spent on the same flights to the same countries (minus shackles) on civilian aircraft! We don’t yet live in Trumpistan, but we have to behave as if we are fighting against a dictator…because we are! ✊️🤬🇺🇲
