- 9:00 am this morn: Viewed the newly built, almost finished property with the owner
- 10:00 am: Sent photos and commentary to my son.
- 1:00 pm: Contacted the lawyer to make an offer
- Currently: nervously waiting to hear if the offer is accepted.
