Subpoenas sent to Donald Trump campaign officials reveal the Jan. 6 special counsel is looking into who is paying for people’s lawyers, according to The Washington Post.

The subpoena from special counsel Jack Smith’s team reportedly aims to determine if any of the officials has legal representation paid for by someone else, according to the Post, which said it reviewed a copy.

President Joe Biden’s aides located documents with classified markings at two locations inside his home in Wilmington, Delaware, the White House counsel’s office said in a statement Thursday.

The documents were located in a storage area in Biden’s garage and an adjacent room, the statement reads. Biden frequently spends weekends at the home, located in a wealthy, wooded enclave on a lake.

Another tranche of classified documents from President Joe Biden’s time as vice president has been discovered by his aides, NBC News reported Wednesday afternoon.

The initial report broke Monday that classified documents had been found in one of Biden’s private offices, sparking debate among political commentators seeking to compare or contrast these documents to those seized by the FBI from former President Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago.
