I always get a kick out of the very tired old claim "the opponent in the debate had a secret earpiece!" I would be incredibly impressed by the speeds of both the backstage cheater who is interpreting the question/formulating answer/saying it into earpiece AND the onstage cheater who can hear answer through the earpiece/simultaneously saying it aloud!! The skills needed to accomplish all that in real time deserve to be applauded!! 👏

And, as we have grown older, the "problem" has become worse. we are at the point of celebrating birthdays (especially for the older people in my family) for up to a week. please, I hope you make the best of this idea -m
