House Judiciary Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) accused President Trump of witness intimidation on Tuesday and threatened legal action to enforce his panel’s subpoena for public testimony from former White House counsel Don McGahn.
“He took to Twitter to call Mr. McGahn a liar. His lawyers went on cable television to do the same,” Nadler said at a brief committee hearing that was supposed to feature McGahn’s testimony.

Interesting. I Wonder If Putin Is Paying Venezuela Under The Table.
Only two ships carrying 766,000 barrels of crude oil from Venezuela arrived in the United States last week in the wake of debilitating oil sanctions lodged against the state-run oil company, PDVSA, according to investment bank Caracas Capital Markets, which tracks Venezuelan oil shipments.
Russian companies, meanwhile, sent nine ships carrying more 3 million barrels of crude oil and petroleum products, according to a review of the U.S. Bill of Ladings database by Caracas Capital.

Hillary Warned Us About The Vast Right Wing Conspiracy in 1998
On January 27, 1998, Hillary Clinton appeared on NBC's The Today Show, in an interview with Matt Lauer.
Matt Lauer: You have said, I understand, to some close friends, that this is the last great battle, and that one side or the other is going down here.
Hillary Clinton: Well, I don't know if I've been that dramatic. That would sound like a good line from a movie. But I do believe that this is a battle. I mean, look at the very people who are involved in this—they have popped up in other settings. This is—the great story here for anybody willing to find it and write about it and explain it is this vast right-wing conspiracy that has been conspiring against my husband since the day he announced for president.
Clinton elaborated by decrying the tactics "and the kind of intense political agenda at work here". Bob Woodward recounts in his book The Agenda (1994) that the then-first lady claimed that when her husband was making his decision to run for the presidency in 1991, he reported receiving "a direct threat from someone in the Bush White House, warning that if he ran, the Republicans would go after him. 'We will do everything we can to destroy you personally,' she recalled that the Bush White House man had said.

Morgan Stanley Slaps Tesla
Tesla’s (TSLA) stock has dropped about 38% this year amid lower-than-expected vehicle deliveries, cash burn concerns and a crash reportedly related to the company’s autopilot feature.
But this could just be the start of the stock’s declines, according to one analyst.
Morgan Stanley analyst Adam Jonas cut his bear case outlook scenario on Tesla’s stock from $97 to $10 in a note published Tuesday. This worst-case scenario would represent an about 95% decline from Monday’s closing price of $205.36 per share.
